Employee Representation Election Form

This document is a legally drafted representation election form that gives an employee covered by an enterprise agreement the opportunity to advise the employer of who they wish to represent them during the bargaining of the agreement.

This document is used if you have issued the NERR and no one has responded within the 14-day period.
