Medical Information Policy

This is a legally drafted document that sets out a company’s policy with regards to the collection and storage of an employee’s medical information. When implementing the policy into a company policy handbook or as a standalone or an amended policy, it can be provided to a person being employed/ contracted by the company or an existing employee or contractor.
