When an employee sustains a workplace injury, this must be recorded on the incident/accident register. All businesses must have a record of all workplace incidents that occur in the workplace on the Incident/Accident Register.
The Incident/Accident Register is user friendly and can be edited in MS Word Format and the document can be downloaded. This means that you can secure the document by saving the register on your computer, rather losing a physical copy of the register onsite.
