The Hazard Report is a document that is generated when a hazard has been identified within the workplace. The purpose of a Hazard Report is to ensure that there is an action put in place to eliminate or control the risk.

The NECA Hazard Report can be edited through MS Word format, the document can be downloaded and printed.
