Return to Work Plan

NECA’s Return to Work Plan is a document that is generated to assist your employees in returning to work, if they have sustained a workplace injury.  The Return to Work Plan outlines the duties that your employee has the capacity to complete and the tasks that the employee is restricted to. NECA’s Return to Work Plan outlines the commencement and review date of the plan.

NECA’s Return to Work Plan is user friendly, it can be edited by using MS Word format and the document can be printed.
